    Newbie and need advice

    I am in need of some helpful advice. I am recently getting back into working out after years of therapy for an accident. Someone i know will be traveling down south and wanted to know information on what kind of steriods as well as amounts I should request. The last trip I made years ago I was clueless and bought some deca, primobolan and sustenol but was informed that i didnt even get enough for a cycle. I just wanted to get enough to jumpstart myself as I am on a budget. I just purchased BSN stack and I know this may not even make a difference except in making you guys laugh. I respect your advice and opinions. Any help would be appreciated as the trip is very soon. Here are my stats

    198lbs b/f 20%

    Your bf is a little high to be juicing. You must not have much muscle at those stats....

    If ur just getting back into lifting you don't need aas for a jumpstart. You need to get your bodyfat down and your diet straight. Just stay in the gym for a while and if your diet is right you will see results.

    Id like to gain mass more muscle than fat of course.. I have trouble gaining weight i have been stuck at 195 for 3years now and cannot get over that plateau..Not sure if this is unrealistic but id like to reach at least 220lbs..to tell you the truth not sure if my b/f is 20% just estimated it..I am new to all this..does the bsn stack make any difference? would steriods be a useless route? wich ones and how many should i purchase if i do head down tht path? Last time i bought i came on here to see how and when to take them but was told i bought such a little amount it was useless to take..thanks again guys your knowledge is priceless

    If you could post diet we could take a look and see what's wrong or missing. Also post a pic some guys here are actually better than calipers at estimating your bf%. Don't waste money on gear right now.

    heres my diet and if you hafta bash me for eating this way by all means..i need any help i can get
    6am: protien shake/banana
    8amatmeal/yogurt
    11am:chicken breast/veggies/mashed potatoes
    2pmrotien shake
    5pm:tuna fish sandwich
    8pmre workout shake
    10pm: protien shake

    Therein lies the isuue. You arent eating enough foods. Head over to the diet section and find out you total daily energy expenditure, that way I could further help you tailor a diet for your goals.

    You need to work on the diet a bit... I am sure you have heard the term "balanced diet" that means your entire diet, each meal included needs to be balanced. this means that every meal should have an equal amount of protein and carbs and fats... the only meals that might have more are the before and after WO meals. It looks like some of your meals have a higher caloric/ protein value than others. you need to balance that and add some calories. You also need to work out for a good year or so before using AAS. If not you will end up pulling a tendon and be out ofthe game b4 you start

    x2 ^. Steroids are pointless if your base isn't ready for them.

    Definitely hit the diet forum , there are great people there to help you. Don't worry about your friend and his trip right now, just focus on the gym!
