Your advice on keeping estrogen on a deca, test, dbol cycle
Well I want to keep the estrogen as high as possible. To sooth my joints, and to be anti-inflammatory
I am gyno prone.
I know that adex is usually used on cycle.
But what about using nolvadex throughout and to keep the estrogen high in my body?
Or what dosage of adex would you deem good for a gyno prone fella?

I wouldn't worry about keeping Estro high while on a cycle of Deca , as that compound will be soothing enough for your joints.
If you're gyno prone then you DEFINITELY don't want to keep your estro elevated.
Run A-Dex @ .25mg ED if you're gyno prone, or bump it ot .5mg ED if you need to increase dosage due to ERSE.

You could run Nolva throughout cycle too, but remember it's a SERM not an AI. And, if you were to run Nolva, I would replace the A-Dex with Aromasin , as Novla and A-Dex don't work synergistically.

Okey. But I've heard that the collagen synthesis and water inside your joints is bogus, and can't be found in any medical research. Though in medical researchs estrogen is found to be very good for joints/inflammatory conditions.
I definatelly don't planning on runnning both an AI and SERM.
But the questions was if its possible to just run the SERM, to stop any estrogen from binding to my boobies, and thus causing growth.
As I understand when running Nolvadex , it competes for the reseptor of the breast, and inhibits estrogen from causing gyno. (All estrogen remain high in the body, thus creating a good envirenoment for growth and joint soothing, aswell as anti-inflammatory.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
