    help needed for cycle

    i plan on doing a TEST cycle for first cycle and have a few questions

    Test E week 1-12 500mg
    Nolvadex week 15,16- 20mg ED
    week 17,18- 10mg ED

    then run Clenbuterol for 2 weeks


    height 5'9"
    weight 196 Lbs.
    BF 17%
    diet- dave palumbo's keto diet

    i honestly think my Bodyfat is lower. my veins are seen in my right bicept and i can see veins on my chest towards my right shoulder. So there is a lot of vascularity in my upper body.

    is it possibly for most BF in abdomen area and thighs and not much in chest and upper body?

    should i run arimidex through out cycle?

    Wow, someone who has actually done his homework. Cycle looks good. And yes, abdomen is the toughest to lose, imo. Whats your age?

    hey i understand i'm only twenty and no where at top natural ability or potential but i have done all my research. I'm not looking to be competing i'm looking to get the body i dreamed of and be happy with myself. that's why i was asking for any advice and help. i've been researching for over 3 years.

    Bro if your not thinking about competing then thats more reason not to cycle yet, with the natural test you have screaming around your body your goals should be easily obtainable with a solid diet and training program...

    Even if you do get the body of your dreams, is it worth being on TRT for the rest of your life? Might wanna think about more important things bro.

    i used to take in a lot of uneccessary calories around 1000g of carbs daily now that i fixed my diet i'm cutting BF around 4 pounds a week average. goal is to lower BF and take a cycle and get jacked up then get ripped and continue exercising and eating correctly. So i can be happy with myself. am i wrong for wanting to improve myself?

    You dont think i wanted the same thing 9 yrs ago when i first started training. I trained hard and grew even though i was 27. Im on my 5th cycle now and see guys at the gym one in specific who is 21 and his bench is only a few reps behind me. Your natty test is going thru the roof now. You dont need anything more than a good diet and the ability to train hard. If your not happy with yourself than mabey you should work on self esteem.

    well it's not self esteem i work for everything i own. started buying everything for myself when i was old enough to work i was working two full time jobs thats regular day job and a night job 10pm to 7 am. currently just one full time day job so i can work out. So i am sure i have the drive and ability to diet correctly. I could run 3 hours a night no problem if it meant the body of my dreams. But that risks to much muscle loss than just plain fat burn and 30 hour in the morning on empy stomache is good for me. I am losing Bodyfat but have just been looking to get into this stuff since i was 17 and waited.

    Thats great that your a hard worker and provide for yourself ( thats rare nowadays), but your missing the point. You have the natural potential to meet your goals. Let's say you bust ass for the next 5 years and reach your current goal. At that point you will be 25 and already in great shape considering you diet and work out properly. Then maybe you could give the juice a try. All you are going to do now is cheat yourself out of good natural test and potential bro. And you do realize you could screw yourself up for life. Don't you???

    thank you. and i am no how trying to argue with you either just trying to learn more
    if i ran just a Test E cycle and ran proper PCT and a perfect diet and exercise program. i would still mess myself up. I no where plan on taking steroids for 3-4 years just looking to take advantage of it and get the results i'm looking for then come off of them and continue exercising and eating healthy. is that all possible without messing up myself? Correct me if i am wrong but running test my BF is a little High so i could either lower BF to 15% before cycle or just run Arimidex throughout the cycle to be on the safe side. and then Run Pct to get test production back up to normal so i can keep most of my gains and hard work. Also in taking a cycle i would gain muscle and promote really nice BF loss at the same time in doing so.

    Cycles Done (Before and After With Pics)

    that guy cycled at 25% BF and look at him. i don't know i mean i was planning on a Test E cycle for first cycle then Clen for 2 weeks after my PCT and then see where i am at then to see if i should bulk or cut.

    I dont think its the advice you want. You no what your talking about, i think your looking for someone here to say yea, start your cycle bro.... I dont think your gunna find that here. If your mind is made up go for it. I wont lose one bit of sleep if you f**k yourself up. Good luck!!

    thanks i didnt realize my BF was so high i have a lot of cardio and dieting to be doing before i can even cycle. if i do cardio for 2 hours every night could that help with fat loss or would i burn to much muscle?
