    New to steroid use.. Need rec. Help

    ive been lifting on and off for the past year but frustratingly never seeing any results. im a big guy already at 240lbs i have plenty of mass but im still soft and flabby. ive never used steroids before but i want something that wont so much make me bigger but tone and tighten the mass i already have so i can get RIPPED. i also need to know a reliable trusted site i can buy them from.

    Post your diet in the diet section. That and being consistent in the gym seems to be your problem.

    At this moment in time bro steroids are pointless for you, your body is producing more than enough natty test. There are also serious health risks when using steroids at such an early age, damage to your hpta and growth plates..

    I suggest you go to the diet forum and post your diet, the guys down there are experts and will be more than happy to help. The same goes for the training, post your current training program in the training forum....

    Diet is gonna be the best thing for you. I know thats the answer that everyone hates to hear, but if you really wanna make a change, then keep reading, and learning on here, and ask questions whenever you need to.
    I have some fat issues around my mid section, and Im finally starting to shed it, but its taking about twice the effort that I thought it would.
    Find a good training routine, and lift heavy, and consistent. You can do cardio at least 4 times a week too. Eating 6-7 small meals will help your metabolism stay active all day, and youll have to cut out everything like soda's, fast food, and all of that stuff thats so easy to cheat with.
    Youll see pounds drop off.

    guys dont get me wrong ive been working with a trainer and dieting for the past year. i know the side effects and i know the dangerous of starting at a young age but im sure im not growing any more and i just need to know what to get and where. i know alot of my friends started using dianabol but i want to know if there is something better that will work quicker. i have done alot of research and decided this is what i want to do. im not asking if i should or not im asking what i should start on.

    If your carrying a high bf% then you also run the risk of high blood pressure and gyno(bitch tits)...

    To the OP please do not phish for any type of source or ask in a "roundabout" way wehere to purchase AAS! This in not allowed on this board! As for Steroid use .. It is not for you right now... if you are at all "flabby" that means your bodyfat is to high to be using (15-17%max) I know in your mind you think "yeh steroids , that will harden me up and do for me what I am looking for" the truth is not is not how it works! As I heard a girl on the E! true Hollywood Story for female BB say "abs are made in the kitchen" best saying I have ever heard and it is true! All the steroids in the world will not get rid of that flab! Only your diet will do that! As 007 above me said... lot of sides that come with a high % of BF.
