    New to this need help please read Thanks

    Im 19 six foot even around 280 pounds im on the hevty side im looking for some help. What can i take to cut major fat about 40 to 50 pounds and get ripped with muscle. I have no clue about any thing so some help would be really awesome

    Welcome..

    I would first go to the diet forum and post your full diet, a good solid diet is a must, very important.

    Then id post your training program in the training forum, this along with cardio this will be the second most important factor..

    At this point in time steroids should be discounted, you risk to many serious health issues..

    You can take a good look at your diet! That is all you need to concentrate on right now.. You are too big to be thinking about any type of Anabolic compound right now. Need to work on getting your diet in check. make sure you are eating 6-8 meals a day and each of those meals have the correct amount of nutrients and calories.. A good amount of cardio everyday will also help you

    Agreed ^^^^ concentrate on your diet and cardio and it will fall off
