A night or two of drinking here or there is not going to hurt ya! The biggest problem with drinking while on is if you are taking orals.. then it becomes a matter of more strain on your filtering system

I think people tend to overstate the effects of alcohol because they don't personally like to drink. It's really just the orals that make it bad because they are very liver toxic.

If you care so much about your working out that you juice, why would you drink something (alcohol) detrimental to that? Doesn't make sense to me.

Alcohol will also raise estrogen considerably.

I ask about alcohol not for me but mw training partner wanted to know. I do live at the beach and drinking is a big thing in the summer. Personally I'm not going to spend money on gear and then do something to negatively effect it

if it weren't for the gear, I'd just be taking the three steps back. Here's to taking four steps forward, too!!!

I wouldnt drink while on cycle. It can hinder gains in many ways. Plus added stress on liver from alcohol intake.

Don't know if you'll ever see this, but some people have a alcohol addiction, they wanna climb out of it and train and diet but still very hard to get away from. It's considered a disease. That's here and there with me but Kudos to someone at least trying and educating oneself about it.

Shame. Peeps that have never personally struggled with alcoholism or other addictions it would be harder or could not see it the same way.
I'm 38 trained naturally my whole life. AAS to me was out of question, I should of educated myself on this much much sooner. And not been so judgemental. That was my loss and ignorance. We Fear what we do not know and Hate what we cannot conquer. Sad....
