    Work out after injection?

i have always planned or tried to set up days where i would shoot in my shoulders then go tear the crap outta them at the gym that same day. I love doin squats knowing i have 2cc's of good stuff in my left cheek. im not too strict about it. it doesnt HAVE to be that way (every injection i dont NEED to workout that muscle). I was wondering if anybody had previous info on this?

Sounds like you might be asking about spot injections. Well it doesn't matter. It's more important that you keep your injections on a regular schedule and if your bodypart hits on the same day as your injection, then so be it. You'll be ok.

I'm not really sure what your question is.

But, no you don't need to inject the muscle group you plan on working that day in the gym. It won't yield any benefit.

I guess the increased blood flow to the area can bring up the levels slightly faster, but I think it's outweighed by the possibility of increased bruising/swelling of the injection site from that blood flow. But I don't worry about it one way or the other enough to alter injection site or days, or alter work out order.

Didn't Gregg Valentino use Prop directly into his biceps to make them grow?

I dought that was the reason for him injecting into his biceps...

Think about it, if you ran a 12 week cycle and only injected in your left glute will that mean at the end of your cycle you'll be walking around with an insane looking left glute???

    Really?

It was psychosomatic in nature if he did.

Never heard of any actual confirmed test studies to prove it right.

    But one never knows........
