Well Depending on the dosage of the equipoise and if you want to get technical with how sustanon should be taken to maintain even blood levels they are 3 compounds that should be taken every other day. Myself however would go every 3 days which you can really get away with just to make it a little cheaper and a little longer. Now if you have one of the high dosed EQ products I would take that every other shot while mixing the sus and tren together every time or you could just take them all together if you want a stronger concoction. As far as the liver and kidneys are concerned everybody is different with how different things effect them so the best advice I can give you is to see your doctor to check your enzymes take milk thisle and make sure you don't slouch on your water intake I guess you can also drink cranberry juice for your kidney health.
