Nolva or Clomid and why?

Hey everyone, ok so ive been doin a HUGE amount of searchs about these two substances for my PCT and im still very lost about the differances between them?

NOTE** Yes i am well aware that both being used together comes highly reccomended from most steroid .com members! However, could u please help me and all other newb's to the scene with this question atleast once more

Lets say a new user is looking at doin a basic 10 week cycle of Test 500mg/wk along side with 5 weeks 20mg/day Dbol . Aside from being told to use both Nolva and Clomid for PCT, what comes MORE recommended as a stand alone product if one HAD to choose ONE or the OTHER, and why?

I know this is goin to turn into one of those normal threads with a hundred other recommendations involving other products/suggestions but for simplicity sake please can we stick to just the Nolva/Clomid, what they do, which one is better as stand alone product and why?

I personally like to run nolva and clomid together. If i were to choose one over the other. It would be nolva only. Clomid seems to affect people emotionally sometimes. Therefore causing them to not want to run it.

Also I would run Test E 12 weeks minimum. 10 Weeks i just don't feel is enough to get it going. Some people take 5 weeks to feel the effects.

They are two different kinds of SERMS! Just stack em, why mess up a perfectly good working system. If you've done tons of research you'd know that they both work, just get the job done from different angles.

Stop creating scenarios for no reason. If you can't get both then wait until you can for cycling.

"Clomid, stimulates the hypophysis to release more gonadotropin so that
a faster and higher release of follicle stimulating hormone aud
luteinizing hormone occurs. This results in an increase of the body's
own testosterone production. Clomid is a synthetic estrogen, however
it does also work as an anti-estrogen. How does it work? Because it is
a weak synthetic estrogen, it will bind to the estrogen receptor (ER)
and not cause any problems. At the same time the increase in estrogen
from steroids are blocked from attaching to the ER.

Nolvadex, is very comparable to Clomid, behaves in the same manner in
all tissues, and is a mixed estrogen agonist/antagonist of the same
type as Clomid. The two molecules are also very similar in structure.
It is not correct that Nolvadex reduces levels of estrogen: rather, it
blocks estrogen from estrogen receptors and, in those tissues where it
is an antagonist, causes the receptor to do nothing."

I know several people as well as an old board i belong to only did nolva.

If it were me. IDE do BOTH. however you can get away with only nolva.

You MAY get away with only tamox...but why risk it? Having both isn't expensive when considering why you're spending the money. There's no reason to not do both. I just buy bulk so I always have plenty of both laying around.

I never had a problem with Clomid emotionally however I did have the odd time my arms would fall asleep. Clomid did my job but it depends on what your cycle.

Not illegal with a prescription. You can get research chems though. Click on AR-R .com banner in the top right. It's legal.

You can buy tamox and clomid legally on plenty of pharmacy sites without a prescription. PM me if you want the one I use. I've ordered through them several times and never had a problem. It's not expensive so theres no good reason to not use both of them.

Some people talk about the genotoxicity of these drugs but we don't use them long-term so I'm not sure how big of an issue this is. There was a thread a little bit back about the new generation of SERMs being more effective and less toxic, but I'm having a hard time coming by those. When they become more available, I will switch.

If i remember correctly nolva is more effective than clomid durring PCT..... so if I had to choose one.... it would be nolva. However..... running both is optimal and thats what i do everytime......

Well if you search Google, you can find plenty of posts on forums of people saying that Nolvadex decreased their libido. I personally have never experienced this, and the only decrease in my sex drive while using Nolvadex was in comparison to my sex drive while on AAS. It would just return to normal.

If you're thinking about taking it for the sole purpose of increasing your sex drive, you need to hit yourself in the head with a chair, instead of me.

If you're having serious libido issues you need to go see a doctor. I wouldn't advise using Nolvadex or Clomid for anything other than PCT.
