long term cycles WHAT DRUGS+DOSAGES

my question is most recommended dosages for these drugs are. dbol 37.-50mg's a day for 4-6 weeks . test at least 500mgs a week. winstrol 50 mgs a day for 4-6 weeks . these are all for a 10 week cycle which is the norm. my question if im going to run say a 20 week cycle . how long and at what dosage could i run some of these drugs . like can i know run winstrol 8-10 weeks at 15-20mgs or maybe longer .just looking for some info on what everybody thinks would be a good cycle at low dosages . please give your 2 cents on a list of steroids and what a good dosage would be for long term use .looking for as many steroids or direutics as people can list to give everyone a good idea. example 200mg test 20 weeks.

Kinda of a broad question. Run the orals as usual. What is your past experience with AAS? What are your goals and stats? I would say for mass running a long ester test for 20+wks would be good, while rotating a good oral like dbol 4 wks on 4 wks off. Cant give ya doses w/o your past cycles.

MY PAST IS 3 CYCLES OVER ABOUT FIVE YEARS NOT MUCH . IM LOOKIN TO GET LEAN I WAS THINKIN OF USING THESE OVER A COURSE OF 20 WEEKS . 200-300MG OF TEST , I WILL HAVE UNLIMITED AMOUNT WINSTROL AND UNLIMITED CLEN . I MIGHT THROW SOME DBOL JUST TO GET A BOOST . I KNOW ITS NOT THE BEST IDEA TO STAY LEAN BUT IM GOING TO STAY MILD JUST THE FIRT FEW WEEKS. IM MJUST LOOKIN ON INPUT FROM SOME PEOPLE A NICE LOW DOSAGE LONG TERM CYCLE . MY STATS ARE 6'4 245 . I WOULD NOT MIND BEING ABOUT 235 COME SUMMER . I RESPOND WELL TO ANY DOSAGE TEST IVE BEEN 275 BEFORE. IM LOOKIN FOR A CUTTING CYCLE I GUESS THATS WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY . MAYBE SOMETHING LIKE MON'WED,FRI SHOTS OF TEST PROP I JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE WINSTROL IN A 20 WEEK CYCLE NOR CLEN. THATS WHY I WAS ASKING IF YOU COULD RUN IT LONGER IF AT LOW DOSAGE.
