thinking of my first cycle

been doing some research and am thinking of running my first cycle when i gather up all i need first, tell me what you think,

friends have been on sustanon 250 but have been complaining that there is a golf ball stuck in there ass for days after

week 1-4 test e 500mgs per week
week 4-12 test e 500mgs per week along with 5mgs/day arimidex
week 12-14 continue on 5mgs/day arimidex.

with this course i shouldnt need HCH or nolvadex ?

and you need to do some serious research and reading in the pct forum.

you will most definitely need nolva (and clomid).
