dosage question

hey guys,

i just bought 3 10 ml vials of test e at 250 mg/ml. just wondering if taking it at difference dosages would make a difference. this is what i am thinking about doing: either 14 weeks at 500 mg/ml a week, 12 weeks at 600mg/ml a week, or 10 weeks at 750 mg/ml a week. let me know what would be the best or if there is no difference at all

Are you aware that having such a high BF% while running a cycle of AAS makes you much more prone to Gyno?

With the above being said - if you refused to work naturally to get below 15% (safest) then obviously I recommend running a low dose (500mg) for only 12 weeks.

With THAT being said - you undoubtedly need to take an AI during cycle and also think about Nolva on cycle.

I think you will be good with test at 500mg a week for 12 weeks.

If you start jumping the dose up now when you dont need to you will have to always continue the high dose to get the results you want.

Keep it low for now and gradually increase over the years

i have that already. and i also am not taking the gear for a few months. i am clen cycling now and hopefully will get my bf down to about 12% by the time id like to start. that being said, what do you suggest for 12%

Well I still recommend only 500mg EW for 12 weeks. You'll make massive gains still.

I dont agree that everyone needs to be under 15 to cycle. But it seems to be the consensus around here.

I believe 17 will not make a difference. But you need to have a good PCT in your hands before you take your 1st shot.

17% is a lot... Think about it.

There are only 2 reasons to take an AI during cycle.

1- If you want to keepp the bloat to a minimum

2- If signs of gyno are beginning to show.


No one will know this except you.

last pct was garbage, it was nolva 40/40/20/20

this cycle will be nolva 40/20/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50. is that good enough?

I never use HCG and wish I could go back and use HCG . This is 1 of the regrets I have

no..
ur gains will be built around diet and training..u will have plenty of test in ur system.
keep in mind with AAS, MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER..

this is ur 2nd cycle, u will be very happy..

Listen to chap bro... you will make excellent gains at 500mgs... test e takes like 5 weeks for some to actually kick in...... run it 12 weeks.... dont up your dose and run it shorter. 500 will do you fine bro.

If your gear is dosed correctly 500 mg is going to do the job.

Higher doses = higher sides

Save the 600mg a week for a few cycles down the road.


I have been on 400mg for a while an have had great gains.
