    Cycle Help

    I've got my diet down... been working out for years... I'm at 5' 7" & 160lbs... strong as an ox... but just can't seem to get anymore gains... at least not fast enough... been the same size for almost 6 months.

    I decided to try doing a cycle to get a jump start past this anoying plateau...

    What I've got:

    120 capsules of D-Bol
    120cc of Liquid Anodrol
    120cc of Test Suspension

    My question is how much should I take and when should I take it?

    btw by diet down I mean I currently eat about 300g Protein, 450g Carbs, & 150g Fat per day (+ or -) I understand that it may be better to cut out the carbs during a cycle something like 300g Protein, 86g Fat, & 43g Carbs...

    Any information would be very appreciated!

    1. 5'7'' and 160lbs is NOT a plateau. You are nowhere near your genetic potential.
    2. You cannot take DBol AND Anadrol
    3. You didn't list mg's for any of the gear you've listed.
    4. Your diet is not down - you need to fix that.
    5. What is your BF%?

    Please list your diet including macros for each meal; (cals,pro,carb,fat)

    You need to research more about the compounds you are thinking about running.

    Your in your early 30's , so putting on weight should be easy.

    I am about 5'10" and when I was 32 I weighed 225.

    I have the same small wrists and ankles you have.

    Down to 190 now.

    But enough said.

    Juturna is new to this board, and I have been watching his posts.

    He gives solid advice and knows what he is talking about.

    So, your cycle should consist of test only.

    No exceptions.

    Your diet is definitely off, or you would not be 160lbs.

    You need to really eat to grow.

    Either that, in conjunction with what I previously wrote,you are somehow working out to hard and burning up muscle.

    I would figure out exactly what's up with your diet, workouts, and sleep.

    Before you even consider gear.

    And I know your credentials.

    It doesn't make you always right.

    Right???

    Thanks for your remarks... and yes I may not know it all and probably never will... haha... I think people who know it all are ignorant... Smarter to know you don't know anything.

    Aside from that you're probably right about my diet although I did weight 120lbs a year ago so I've come a long way. It's been a long time since I've worked out. Getting back into the grove of things. The vast part of my knowledge aside from trial and error is from old information from one of Dr. Squats books "Hardcore Bodybuilding" perhaps you've heard of it?

    Anyways I've tailored my workouts off that information and have had some massive strength gains... but seem to have just stopped gaining weight and size.

    I'm in the top percentile for strength in every lift for my size... but that's not helping me get any bigger... I thought it was that my rep range was too low but I adjusted it for a month now and no change other than I'm now stronger with higher reps.

    The stuff I got is from Legalsteroids.com the 8 week blitz cycle IDK if you know much about them but I thought I'd try it...

    D-Bol is a version of Dianabol
    Anodrol is a version of Anadrol 50
    Test Suspension is a version of Primobolen

    You mentioned I needed to take just "Test" are you talking about Test Suspension?

    You have way too many shakes bro. Here is a diet I just wrote for you. Take this freebie on good faith, I usually don't do this for people.

    Make sure you're pushing it hard in the gym 4-5 days a week. You WILL grow with this. Also, he means Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate ... they are two common longer estered test compounds commonly used in a first cycle. Anyway, GL bro read some stickies.

    Meal 1:
    1 whole egg
    4 egg whites
    1 scoop whey
    1C oats
    11g fish oil
    44/54/17


    Meal 2:
    6.7oz chicken breast
    1-1/3C brown rice
    1oz almonds (raw)
    1-3C veggies
    2g fish oil
    42/50/17


    Meal 3:
    6.7 oz chicken breast
    1/4C quinoa
    1/2C black beans
    1-3C veggies
    1/2oz almonds
    5g fish oil
    42/55/19


    Meal 4:
    1C tuna (big can)
    1tbs mayo

    Thanks for that... I know I do way too many shakes but I have never been able to eat anything I feel like I'm full all the time...

    I quit smoking 2 weeks ago and now I'm eating more but still tough haha

    I guess I figured downing too many shakes was better than eating nothing.

    As for working out I'm currently hitting the gym 5 days a week Hard

    I am always lifting hard and heavy I vary my rep range and exercises with each week too. Mostly compounds try to stay away from too many Isolations and mirror work... lol

    Btw that diet is specifically designed for someone your weight and bf% with a TDEE roughly similar to yours (5 day split) that includes an additional +400 calories, give or take. Macro split is something like 32%/38%/30%. It's a bulking diet and you're supposed to feel full! LOL.

    Nice work quiting smoking, your apetite should come back soon. Just force it down, and eat every 3 hours.

    Thanks again

    I've always heard to take a 40-50g Protein shake within 30 mins of working out with 10g of L-Glutamine.

    Is that BS or is that something extra from the diet... or do you just eat one of your meals right after working out...

    Also I've been cycling Creatine is that a waste or just additional to the diet


    I'm definately going to use that diet you gave me (much appreciated!)

    just to clarify:
    is the Dianabol , Anadrol 50, & Primobolen version I got from legalsteroids.com a waste of $300 or should I cycle it since thats what I have for now... I mean I doubt they are gunna be taking a return... haha... and I don't want to waste it... ya know...

    as for the other stuff, I wouldn't touch that if you paid me. There's no such thing as 'legal steroid " so whatever their selling probably isn't worth it. sorry, bro.

    Yeah, I was kind of worried about that... From what I've researched about it... its some form of week version of the real thing...

    What got me investigating was reading one of their testimonials where a guy was saying his bench went up 27 pounds in 2 weeks... who goes up in "27 pound" increments... hahaha

    I think I'm just gunna do it clean... get my diet down... I might need to change up my workout a bit...

    Maybe once I get those on track I'll do some more research on cycles
