Just started a Test and Deca cycle.
Week 1 was great, eating up like an ox, and training like Rocky. However, just got a shit case of food poisoning. I lost 3 days of good eating and training plus a ton of weight.
Things are looking better now, should I continue the cycle as planned?
Anyone ever have a **** up in the middle?
I hate this feeling, I worked so freaking hard up to and during the cycle and having a issue like this really pisses me off.
