Week 2 ****ed
Just started a Test and Deca cycle.
Week 1 was great, eating up like an ox, and training like Rocky. However, just got a shit case of food poisoning. I lost 3 days of good eating and training plus a ton of weight.
Things are looking better now, should I continue the cycle as planned?
Anyone ever have a **** up in the middle?
I hate this feeling, I worked so freaking hard up to and during the cycle and having a issue like this really pisses me off.

put a little cement in your pre workout drink,

S**t Happens, many get the flu during cycle,,, 3 days, how much weight did you lose in 3 days?,, if everything else is ok then keep at it, your only in week 2 right?

Just week two. 5 lbs.
Just going to train harder then a beast and eat everything in sight to make up for this.
