Clen...Clen....Clen.....a Question

Hey guys.....I love this site

I was wondering what is everything I would need if I wanted to use Clen

I have read the educational handbook on Clen.....I was also wondering if the 1 Sample cycle is the way to go

Clen is normally used for 12 weeks cycles.... 2 weeks on... 2 weeks off.. etc.. etc... there things you can ake and run ut the entire time but I think yoiu get better results cycling on and off like this... Start out with a low dose and ramp up as needed

I saw in the educational handbook of Clen

that 4-5 g of taurine is a must anything else...I dont want to stack obviously but is there anything I need beside taurine....

Im right when I say theres no PCT

also what about the sample cycle.....in the educational thread

Start at 20 an ramp up, just like the sample. Don't go over 180-200

taurine will help with cramping, yes.

No, pct is not needed. clen is not an AAS, but a beta-2 antagonist.

I've never run clen for 12 weeks....I'm usually satisfied with my results by week 6.

So no supplements with the clen

except protein and vitamins

How should my workouts go....

like just concentrated on cardio for 2 weeks at a time

You may want taurine to help with the cramping, as said above.

sure, protein and vitamins are always good.

Um, if you're cutting (which I assume you are if taking clen) you'd probably want to up the cardio a bit, but I wouldn't do only cardio. Definitely still lift.

Im pretty sure that Ive read that diphenhydramine will help keep the beta receptors from down grading as much

I believe that it does but some people dispute this.

You can also take Ketotifen to keep your beta receptors "fresh" so-to-speak; allowing you to take clen (effectively) longer without having to cycling off.
