Sure, it's possible to make gains off 300mg/wk.

Personally.... 300 is a bit low IMO... Can you still make gains... I'de say yes... I've never run it that low... And personally wouldn't go below 400mg ew...... but... It's your choice.
I don't see a point in shutting my natty test down for such a low dose... 400-500 is a decent starting point if you ask me.

Definitely get your diet in check. Cardio and Diet will do you well.
Yeah....I have muscle...lol...I spent about a month in the diet section...got it dialed in...cardio....4 days a weeks...with a 4 day split routine....

I have always maintained bf% not weight should dictate whether one is cutting/bulking and at 17% he should be trying to shed some bodyfat regardless of how light he may be.
I just want to see my six pack again.........lol....my plan is to getmy body fat down to around 13...that would be nice..lol and then bulk....

120 carbs = 480calories
20 fat = 180 calories
his equals 1580 calories... Unless your calories are coming from something other that those three which is completely impossible... You are almost 500 caloreis light

on top of the food.......I use fit day to keep a total...I usually hit right at 1900-2000-2100

Personally I wouldn't want to be cutting at 160lbs though either.... Even at 17% bf... But then again everyones goals are different and the 6 pack cut look isnt what i want.

Yeah, I am of the bulk first idea, even if you get chubby. I mean, what is the point walking around at 130 lbs ? So you can get beat up at every bar you are at and punked in front of your girlfriend? So people who lift can point at you and laugh cause you look weak?
Gotta build a frame to have something to cut into. I think girls don't mind if you carry a few extra lbs if you are buff compared to being rail thin with a six pack.

Indeed i feel the same way.... Everyones goals are different though... Some people would much rather trim and then try to bulk...
But in some sense i don't see it as logical..... When you bulk your bf% is going to increase slightly anyways.... So unless you plan on just cutting and staying trim... then ok... but for me... i will stick with bulking until i feel i have reached a decent enough size worth cutting...... Which will probably be never..... I like to cheat in meals every now and then.. and trying to maintain a low bf% just sucks. I watch my buddy and don't want to be like him.
Just because you don't weigh a lot doesn't mean your going to get your ass kicked in every bar though....... Personally I dont mind carrying a little bit extra weight either.... But ive seen some mean dudes at around 160lbs.... Look at some of the UC guys.... W.e class i have seen soe of them only around 160lbs...
