i am starting a 8 week anavar cycle 60mg as a cutting cycle i need a little help on what pct is best.

hight 5.8
weight 200 pounds
age 33
training 5 years
numbers of cycle 3 bulking cycle

Any help would be cool

a 5 week cycle of TAMOX 20 MG per day will do it
do i need to take milk thistle or any other supports
