    in need of some advice....

    Hi.....
    This is the first time that i have posted a thread so for me this is a big thing because im sick of being 'skinny'.

    im generally active and have a high motabolism, i find it difficult to eat large meals and hence find it difficult to gain weight and retain it. Now i know gym is a big part of it but still i find it difficult to put weight on.

    when i was at uni i did take my first and only cycle and boy did i love it. i was taking 2 jabs a week for 6 weeks of sustonon and decca along with d-bols. I trained hard and eat a considerably more and it payed off.

    this was about 2-3 years ago and since then gym routine messed up and things came up- i basically lost it all. at the same time my hair has started to thin and receded slightly ( i wouldnt say significantly but yes its going)

    anyway my question is; what can i use to gain some weight (not a ccrazy amount) in order to look more healthy and bulked up, but without (or lesser)the effects of hair loss. i not soo worried about the other side effects. I was told Primobolan and boldenon?

    i would greatly appreciate some advice.

    how about some stats bro.......judgeing buy your first cycle you have a lot to learn.....this is a great place with a wealth of info and knowledgable peeps....so keep on resurching before you do anything else.....good luck man and welcome

    high cal, high protein, med-high carb, low fat diet

    yup thats the formula...use that drink too much water take too much protein n creatine n zma n whatever else n lift your FOCKING ASS OFF

    once you cant get any bigger or stronger or whatever...turn to the darkside..

    thanks for your reply guys - my height is 5'9, weight 10 stone, age 24, 17% body fat (approx)...... i do have ppl around me like my old mates from uni who do roids and one of them is my source, but they have different genetics to me. Like i said i have been training and using high carb protein sakes but still cant put on enough weight..... im not looking to go mad on roids but something thats can help me to gain mass. im also quite active with regards to playing sports such as football....

    First off let me say that I don't recommend using until mid twenties but your close and you have already ran a cycle (horrible cycle/ newbs should never ever stack!) so with that imo use a single ester test either enanthate or cyp you can shoot it once a week if you like I personally like to shoot every 3.5 days but that's me(400-500 mgs a week) run it for 12 weeks no more no less keep some nolvadex on hand in case of signs of gyno and get some propecia or proscar to slow hair loss and get some clomid for pct here's the websites recommendation how to take it good luck bro

    To the OP post your diet with macros right now. Also need you BMR and TDEE.
    BMR (men and women) = 370 + (21.6 X lean mass in kg)
    Once u have you bmr, u need to calculate your TDEE

    To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:


    If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
    If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

    If you use gear in your current state you'd just be wasting money, trust me and let us help you.
