NPP/Test Prop cycle
Got everything ready to go. Wanting to do a very lean bulk. Ideally get down to 10% BF and gain as much as I can in addition to dropping that 5lbs or so of fat.
Here is what I'm thinking:
Prop Wk 1-12 60mg/day dosed ED (420mg/wk)
NPP Wk 1-10 70mg/day dosed ED (490mg/wk)
PCT - 3 days after the end of week 12:
nolva 4 weeks at 40/20/20/20 mg + clomid
I'll be taking a very low dose of letro throughout the entire cycle as I seem slightly prone to gyno and it will protect me for both the prop and the npp.
I've got HCG as well and plan on taking about 750 iu's/wk dosed probably 3 times/wk about 1/2 way through the cycle.
current stats:
222 lbs
12.5% BF
6'3
I weighed ~206-208 and 12% BF before my prop only cycle last january and have maintained all of the gains from that. It was 500mg/wk shot ED for 10 wks.

Im thinking about running that same cycle, everything looks good to me bro! I would bump of ur dosage to 75mg ed with test p and 75mg ed of npp.

nice cycle. i ran similar and loved the gains. id personally bump up those doses just a little though

Cycle looks ok but there is room to up the test dose IMHO and you could cut the cycle down in length

It looks like the consensus is to up the dose a little. I think I'll start at 575mg/wk shot ED (75mg/day) of each.
Marcus - When I did the prop only cycle back in january, I was still making decent gains in week 10 which is why I lengthened this by 2 weeks. How much shorter were you suggesting and why exactly? In order to not be shut down as long and to be able to make it easier to maintain gains or b/c gains usually peak before then? I'm always looking to learn more about this which is why I ask. I wouldn't be opposed to shortening both by a week or two.

75mg/day for both sounds solid, as far as length I'd bring the prop to stop at 10 weeks and the npp at 9.

Your using fast acting AAS so you dont need to run something so long because you will be running at peak levels far sooner than you would when doing a test E cycle, so personally I would cut the whole cycle down to suit the ester but if your one of those guys who keeps gaining like you said in your previous cycle i would just go with how your feeling and gaining, keep it open ended and see how you have responed around wk 9 or 10 and decide then.

I do the same cycles except I usually add an oral. I find that results tend to stagnate at week 7. So that is my typical length of a prop/npp cycle. You will find as previously said result begin in the first week. I am at day 7 and have gained 5lbs already.
I have just started my prop/npp/var. Injected thighs over the weekend and they hurt like the devil. How do you rotate your ED injects?

Ok, that's kinda what I was thinking. I was just saying 12 weeks based on my first experience with prop, but yeah, I will stop whenever I feel that I have peaked on this cycle. Since my receptors have already had exposure to prop and I am larger now, I may peak a little sooner than last time.

Glutes, shoulders, quads get me 6 days and then I'll throw in a tri or bi. I've hit the tris on both the teardrop head and the back side of it as well (I prefer the teardrop). Bi's are probably me least favorite, but still hit them every once in a while.
If yours hurts really bad, try cutting it with some oil or better yet some EO. Might not make it painless, but it should help out a great deal. If this is the first time you've used prop, just give it some time as mine started feeling a little better the more I kept hitting the same muscle. Glutes and shoulders are pretty painless for me. Quads still get sore and my bi's and tris still get real sore.

Sounds perfect bro! Just as everyones already said though, id keep it simple and just do 75mg ed of each compound bro. That would normally be .75ml of each or 1.5ml total ed assuming the prop and npp are dosed at 100mg/ml which 99% of the time they are. Keep it simple and youll love it!

I already bumped it to 75mg of each today since that pretty much seemed to be the consensus. Mine comes out to .5ml of NPP since I made it at 150mg/ml, my prop I kept at the standard 100mg/ml though
I really think adding the EO has made a world of difference as I can hardly tell which glute I put my 1st shot in yesterday. I'll find out if the shoulder I shot this morning feels the same way tomorrow.
