aromasin maintenance dosage

hey guys,

I've been taking 500 mg of test e per week with some dbol , and i took 12.5 mg of aromasin on tuesday and thursday only for estrogen.

yesterday , i did a blood test and estrogen came up as 20 ng/ml , which is perfect as far as i know.

i need to maintain this all the way because i cruise and blast.

how much aromasin you think i should take to maintain that kind of level , a quarter of a tab 2 times per week maybe ??

It's 25mg tabs? I would only have estrogen protection during your blast, you most likely don't need it when your cruising. Just cruise normally and check your e-levels in a couple of weeks. If they are elevated, then you can use a maintenance dose of adex or asin, .25mg eod or 12.5mg eod respectively until your estrogen is in the normal range again.
