    New to the steroid game. Please help.

    To anyone that has knowledge on this topic.
    Ive been wanting to try steroids for awhile now. Ive been reading up on them for the past few weeks. I dont know anyone that knows about this and im a bit overwhelmed. What im looking for is something that will help me over this hump. Im 25, 6"0 tall, 175 with about 10% body fat. Over the past year or so ive gone from high 160's to my current weight. I wont lie i got discouraged two or three times during that year with my weak gains. And ill take a few weeks off and get motivated.

    My workout is three times a week (back/bi, chest/tris, legs/shoulders). My workout mainly is comprised of compound exercise.

    If anyone can help me compose a cycle. Id like to to be oral if at all possible. The idea of sticking a needle in me never really got me too excited. And im hoping this can be a one time thing.

    Welcome. No, juice isn't for you right now. First, you should have a solid diet and training regimen in place with emphasis on the former. Second, you don't overcome obstacles or plateus by taking time off. Stay in the gym and overcome them.
    And doing an oral only cycle isn't really the best idea. You need to overcome your fears of needles if you want the best out of any cycle and what's best for your body. Continue to do your research and stick around and learn as much as you can before taking any juice. Just my .02. Good luck.

    Welcome to the board Sense. First let's check out your diet and work-out. You mentioned doing compound exercises 3x per week as your training... That needs to be changed if you want to grow. Isolating muscle groups is the key factor in making those muscles grow.

    Also - please post your diet so we can tweak it if necessary - food might be holding you back. (Note; if you diet isn't perfect, steroids wont have the effect you expect them to have. You won't gain much, and you'll lose what you have right after).

    As StPete said - oral-only cycles are not the best way to go - they're very toxic and they don't yield good results (speaking from a gaining perspective).
