Hi all, I'm new here and have been reading a lot from everyone, but still would like some advice please.
I am 44, 6'1" have been cardio and weight training for some time now. I am 220 pounds with approx. 20% bf. My diet is okay and strive to keep healthy. I train 6-7 days a week in the gym and think it's time to get big.
My goal is to lose bf, gain 20 pounds or more of muscle, then define my body and keep it looking good.
I see so many different brands, discussions etc. may I please have the experts opinion on a good starting cycle, what to take, how long and after the cycle to keep it going. I appreciate anyone that can recommend this to me. I live in Ontario, Canada so mostly anything I buy probably will be shipped, if that matters.
