cycle help for a friend

hey fellas , i would like your op on a cycle for a friend. he is 27 and has been working out for about 7 years. never done AS so this would be his first cycle. his stats are 5'10 185lb prob about 14%bf. he would like to gain about 10-15 pounds of lean muscle. any ideas would be great. i was thinkin something with deca or eq in it. how do you guys feel about runnin test only? thanks

I was 5'10 195lbs when I did my first and gained 30lbs. That is pretty close to your friend. I did Deca 300 and Sus 250. I did 300mg of Deca/week and 250mg of Sus/week. I then bumped up the Sus to 500mg for about 7 weeks. I did a 10 week cycle for your info. I think he would do quite well on some EQ/Test or Deca/Test. He will retain water but man he will grow.

EQ 1-12 400MG

He may wanna throw in a little winny to harden him up. Run test one week longer than EQ to he can take clomid 3 weeks after last shot. That should do him nicely. In place of the EQ he could run this
Test ent 1-12 250MG
Deca 1-12 300MG

Test only at 500mg/wk along with liquidex at 0.5mg/ED to keep down the bloating will put 15lbs on him easy if he has a clean diet.

thanks fellas you guys came up with some nice cycles. hey nj how about eq only. pump i did the same cycle for my first one and gained 25lb. it was nice
