hey fellas , i would like your op on a cycle for a friend. he is 27 and has been working out for about 7 years. never done AS so this would be his first cycle. his stats are 5'10 185lb prob about 14%bf. he would like to gain about 10-15 pounds of lean muscle. any ideas would be great. i was thinkin something with deca or eq in it. how do you guys feel about runnin test only? thanks
