suggestions for tren course
hey guys,
i did two courses before used GH,win,test,var,proviron ,EQ,Clen .
Bf: 12%
age:23
heigt: 5,6
weight:65 kg
training experience: 2 years
am planing for my third course like this:
1-8: 350mg prop eod
1-7: 300 tren eod ( i didnt decide what ester to use am waiting for your advice)
3-8: 400 win eod
pct:
3 days after last prop shot .
8-12: nolv 40/40/20/20
8-12: clomid 100/50/50/50
i know its heavy one but i made it short cuz i dont have hcg where i live
if i decide to use tren e is 7 weeks enough for enanthat ester ? cuz its long ester
or u recomend tren a for this short period ?
i need your suggestions plz

holy sh!t that is a hell of a cycle if you mean you are shooting all of those doses eod. DId you mean 350 a week or eod

I just realized how small you are. Please stop with the steroids and get to the diet section. Putting close to 4 grams of AAS in your body is not healthy and obviously at your size you aren't doing something right

i meant weekly
am satisfied with my size & weight
i have huge muscle with low fat and thats what i want
i dont want to get bigger my diet is 300 protein + 200 comp carbs no sugar & fat

There is nothing to be satisfied about at 5'6 and 143lbs. I'm 5'6 185 and I'm still not satisfied......?
If your satisfied being the little man then so be it... But steroids aren't for you man. You need a diet. You are only going to hear the same thing from every other member here.... Way to light. Steroids should be used to go over the max potential. And you are NO WHERE near that my friend.

definately high dosages for a third cycle. dont need ur prop that high if ur running tren. i would do 200mg/eod or 100mg/ed. tren is crazy high. u'll see insane results from 150mg/eod or 75mg/ed. winny you should take everyday. 50mg/ed should work nicely.
test p/tren/winny is my favorite cycle. kinda intense for a 3rd cycle however.

firs the idea of using steroids is to enhance what you cant get past naturally... jump to early and lots of things can go wrong... you will be on hrt for you life -
the cycle at your weight is really a bad one.... you have done all those other drugs and have show little to know results... at the wieght you are at you have very little results = diet
so the first thing you need to post is you goals, and then you diet then we can help
here is my help = dont do it, eat and max out your self then aas

My goal is to be as lean as possible am always work to decrease my bf%
I consume almost 300 g protein + 200 g carbs , fast carbs only after workout
I do cardio 45 min * 5 times weekly at least
Before my weight was 75 kg , bf 17% but I wasn't happy so I decided to cut and I reached now 65 kg
By the way this dosage weekly but by mistake I put eod am sorry
I didn't mean to be rude in the previous comments am sorry petet

I wish to hear more advices and I will double check my diet again

12% is nowheere near lean, you wouldnt even have abs with that percentage, maybe some slight 2 pac
