just starting need help
ive been lifting/training on and off for the past 6 years or so and ive been researching some stuff to get on my first cycle and im trying to find something that would be the best for mostly weight loss and to help build strength. ive been looking at anvar for its weight loss characteristics but id like an experienced persons advice

Steroids arent the answer, hit the diet section and up the cardio.

dont exactly know bf but in feb it was 28%
goals are basically to lose as much body fat as possible but id like to get to about 15-20% bf while gaining more muscle mass

Head over to the diet section, get that straightened out.
Start hitting the cardio hard, and you'll see that fat start melting off.
Don't even worry about the steroids yet

thanks guys for all the imput ill be sure to get on the cardio and dieting now but what would be the ideal stats before i start on the roids??

IMO the minimum would be
below 15% bf
bench press ur bodyweight, squat 1.2 times ur bodyweight, deadlift, 1.5 times ur bodyweight
some people may think ur BF needs to be lower then that
