Hey, I need some input on my next cycle im planning to do in 6 weeks.
Some info about me, Ive been lifting for 3 years, 23 years old. Ive done 3 cycles already (First two where 8week dbol at 30mg/day) last cycle I did was 8 weeks of sustanon 250, shot 1ml every 5 days. (350mg/week) made some good gains there so Ive decided to do another one.
Im 182cm, 84kg and 11-12% bf.
This is what I had planned,
1-8 sustanon 250 450mg/week
1-4 dbol 40mg/day
After this 8 week cycle I want to try cut down fat to around 8%, Ive done some reading that suggest winstrol will be a bad idea combined with a heavy bulking cycle so my worries are that I will ruin my gains starting heavy cutting right after the cycle? What are your thoughts on that ? I have 5weeks worth of injectable winstrol right now so Im tempted to use it after my bulk. Or if this is not a good idea I will just get rid of it.
As for PCT I am looking around right now what I can get my hands on, looking for some clomid and nolva but its alot harder to find here than in the states. But of course will not go ahead with cycle without having a proper PCT..
I'm planning my diet right now to the detail, but I would love some feedback on how much calories you are adding on top of your maintenance when you are on a heavy bulking cycle, I dont want to gain to much fat in the process so what would you recommend doing in cal above maintenance and protein/carb/fat split in macros ?
