    Bulking diets for steroid cycles?

What do all of your diets usually look like / consist of? Is it just your typical bulking diet or is there more to it?

I eat 6-7 times a day... 4 meals are whole foods.. 1 Is a whole foods meal replacement drink in the morning (i can not eat for 2 hours after waking for some reason) 2 Protein shakes... 1 before and 1 after training

I keep it around 3400-3800 calories a day...
My Whole food meals are 2 X Rice and 95% lean Ground Beef
Another is a bowl of oatmeal and tuna fish

Sounds delicious. All I'm basically eating right now is like 2 HUUUGE cans of tuna a day (130g protein), 1 bowl of oatmeal, almonds, grapes, 6 eggs and a protein shake with 40g protein. I guess I should step it up.

Your diet will make a world of difference in your gains, do post in the diet section and get it done right. Are you currently on a cycle?

When I'm on cycle I eat 7-8 meals of high protein, complex carbs, and essential fats, and drink a lot of water.

When I'm off I just eat like 2 or 3 times a day, mostly like cake and ice cream and some burgers for protein. You know, typical "not-on" foods.

why do you allow your diet to go to $hit when youre off? dont you lose gains and get fat that way?

I'm not currently on a cycle. Still proving myself here before anyone will hook me up with a distributor. That and I want to gain about 20 more pounds of muscle before I go on my first cycle.

Come time to start, I'll definitely post the diet in the diet section.

No, I don't eat like that, I was just making fun at the ridiculous notion that whether you're on steroids or not would alter your diet.
