hi im 21 , 5,10 14 stone body fat of 15% and been trainning for 2 n half years.. eat the best i can mainly protein.

im a complete novice and been tryin to educate my self n now wanna start takin steroids, so i was wondering to lose body fat n get more mass could any one tel me what to use in lymans terms how much gear to order when to take it and what to have on hand incase of side affects so basicaly a shopping list and instructions lol.. i would love any help from experts and been reading but every one says different things so would like some one to taylor make me my own cycle if im makin sense lol. any help would be great cheers lads
