    Test Cycle Advice

    In a while Im planning on doing a cycle with 500mg per week of test E for 12 weeks. I was just wondering if thats a decent cycle without adding anything else? and what kinda gains should I get on this? Thanks and sorry for the newbie question.

    Plenty for a first cycle. You are doing a bulker with a high calorie diet? Thought you were cutting?

    What are you stats goals and cycle experience....

    Sure a simple test e cycle should yield some good results.

    I am cutting at the minute but planning on this cycle for after I get my weight down more. Just wanting to find out info at the minute as I havent done one before.

    Im 5'10 and Im around 14st 7lbs, Im not planning on doing many cycles to be honest (probably just 1 or 2) I just want to get to where I feel like I have an OK build and then train without using gear.

    Yeah you will see some good results with just test e.... Gonna be some bloat. you can run some adex to help control that though

    There is a wealth of knowledge on this board. Just start reading so you have a good understanding of everything. Then you can ask better questions.

    Adex=Armidex. It is an AI. Usually ran threwout the cycle to protect gyno and bloat.

    500mgs per week of test e is a good standard first cycle, if the foundation is there you will have great results.

    Cutting before a cycle will put you in a very good position to build tissue, the lower bf you have the better chances of supporting and building muscle tissue with fewer sides.

    i didnt know that about low body fat, thats good to hear i was 4.2% two weeks ago if not less now, and im about to start. thanx marcus

    while im figuring this out (dumbass) if you pinch on your left side of you belly button, right where the grove of your ab lies, around an inch apart (for most of you are american) that pinch reading is 5.6mm (i dont know what that is in inches). must be done in the grove, thats where the fat sits.
