cycle questions
i'm new here and thinking that it might be time to try something. i have been training seriously for over 4 years. stats as follows:
6'1"
245
26 y/o
12-13 % bf
furthermore, i am a firm believer in diet and i have that on point. if i need to give details i can.
can anyone out there offer me their experience and make some suggestions on where to start? i don't want to trust just any meat head in my gym. the last guy i talked to said to start with trenbolone enanthate 250. said i would see the best gains and really get hard. thoughts please?

Continue to research. If you decide you are ready to cycle all you would need is two bottles of test. 200-250mg 10ml. Learn what a pct is and get it on hand before you start your cycle.

Welcome, first forget about taking tren its one of the most powerful AAS going and can have some serious sides effects so taking this straight away isnt an option IMHO.
If you read the stickies at the top of the page in this section and in the pct section you will get an idea of what to take and how much, a good first basic cycle would be Test only something like test E or cyp 500mgs per wk for 12 wks.
You need to research far more and understand about pct and planning a cycle, would be nice to see your diet just to make sure you have that in order.

Test E or Cyp for a first cycle.
Tren E is probably the worst cycle you could do as a first
