    my 3rd cycle, need advice

    This will be my 3rd cycle after last year i used sustanon for 12 weeks and beginning of year i was using sustanon + Deca + dbol .

    My detail:
    A : 33yrs
    H : 6.1
    W : 187lb
    BF prob : 24%

    i just take 1 month off from gym and try to gear up early november and will go back to gym early october i loss 9lbs while on breal ( dont eat @ mid day for some reasons),

    need help, after talked to my source, he recommend to use below cycle

    1- 12 test prop 100mg eod
    1- 12 tren acce 100mg eod
    1- 6 Winstrol 50mg/day


    PCT
    Tamoven 4 box
    Clomid 6 box
    hcg 4 Vial

    I just dont see any stack using those 3 components, does the stack correct? my goal is still to bulk up with lower BF and produce lean mass. i concern about wintrol as i feel just not right but try to avoid dbol as the results is to 'wet' for me

    well, if you can't maintain a respectable weight/ bf ratio for an extended period of time,

    I really don't see the need for steroids .

    the cycle itself isn't bad. but it's definitely not for you, imo.

    for one, you won't really even see any of the effects of the winny.

    well. perhaps youre right but friend of mine told me that no worry but bf as long we can gain muscle, never do cardio befor and thats why will do so and try to reach target bf below 12 at least. during those situation, assume i will do what ever it takes, does the stack suitable?

    No Bro, listen to him. If you are only 187 @ 24% @ 6'1 then your lean body mass is only 142. I wouldnt be taking any sources advice on how to cycle especially if this is your 3rd cycle already. Obviously diet is not in check or you would have made better gains the first 2 times. Even at your best of 15%, some would say its too high to cycle.

    I'm sorry, I really don't understand what you're saying.

    Your friend told you not to worry about your bf? How much muscle do you think you'll gain at 24% bf?

    and what do you mean, "never do cardio before"...before what?

    Also, thats a lot of Tren for a first time user, 50ED will suffice.

    On a side note, a very close friend did a similar cycle as your last (Sust, Deca , with Dbol kicker) and he put on 30lbs, what were your results?

    no offense but your 6'1 and a buck 87 w/ 24% bf???? not tryin to be a dick but u needa work on leanin out for a while and then bulk up a bit with over the counter supps.... trust me if you hold out for a while and build a foundation you will be a lot happier...w/ your stats i dont need you to tell me i kno your diet is way outta whack and you needa better routine..im just tryin to help but hey if you go for it anyways let us know how it goes!

    guys, probably youre right, i will postpone it, actually when i use deca , susta and dbol , i was 205lb at 15%bf then i got injured + i need to go fasting 1 month, all ny work out and my work out totally stop. now im at 187 @24% thats why i want to do some kick juice.

    So i think you guys right, i need to lower BF do "normally" ..thanks guys for the advice

    ^good call, man.

    if you've been off for a bit, get back into it, hit it hard, and the gains will come quick.

    once you build back up that muscle then start planning your cycle

    im goin through the same thing u are bro...i was sshot in the neck 3 months ago lost all my size and put it in my stomack and now im the weekest i been since i was 16 well in 6 years.....but im goin all otc till i get back about where i was and yes i know how depressing it is in the gym and mirror
