The acne is partially from the meds and partially from hormonal imbalances caused from coming off of cycle. In short its very common to get acne during pct.

I do suspect the acne outbreak is due to the aftermath of cycle with Test. It happened to me too. It just that the acne inducing effects from Test may take a long time to manifest and happen to coincide with the PCT.
take roccutane during and after cycle can prevent acne.
