I know ya'll probably get sick of hearing it but trying to get some cycle ideas. I'm 21 6'2" 189 and probably about 15% BF at the very highest (haven't gotten it done recently) I did a cycle last year of DECA-DURABOLIN and SUSTANON. I gained about 15lbs of lean muscle and was the biggest/strongest I've ever been. I had a pretty good diet for what i could (Im active duty military). I cut out all the bull shit like fast food, beer, sodas, and nasty stuff. I didn't know a lot about the stuff, wish i would have looked into it more like I am now. I got a hernia with about one week left in my cycle and wasn't able to life for about 5 months.
But I'm back in the game now, just taking protein and novadex to try and get going again. I lost alot of strength and not too much size though. I'm looking to get a little bit bigger but mostly pretty cut up. We do about an hour of cardio every morning and I eat right as much as I can.
Any ideas on cycles, diets, (you military guys know what the chow hall is like), and any other things that can help me out will be greatly appreciated.
I was looking into TURANABOL (which i was told is a bulker and cutter), but no idea what to stack it with. Also I'd like to keep it to strictly orals, considering I'm getting ready to deploy and needles would be too risky.)
