Little background I have been training for over 3 years now, went from 290lbs and 28.5 % BF down too 19.5 % and 220 lbs. 6' 1", 25 Years old.
Recently I just ran a 2 week cycle of clen and t-3 with diet and cardio dropped down to 18% bf, not quite where I want to be but a solid start I would like to think. I have been researching enough to make my head spin doing a search on ever PH prior to ordering anything.
So I have a few questions, with Spawn I'm aware of the need for a pct I'm fine with that, but do you take test tabs during the cycle or during pct? I only ask as some site's sell spawn (for the time being ) together with ISP test-tabs and cycle support.
week 1 Spawn -cycle support
week 2 Spawn -cycle support
week 3 Spawn -cycle support
week 4 Spawn -cycle support
I found this on another members log, so I would assume you take the test tabs during pct correct?
Other than SPawn, has anyone used BEDLAM? If anyone knows of any other fat burners that work well, please chime in, I have about 8 weeks to work with and would like to make the best of it, Thank you for your help!!!
