    some clen ?'s

    Ok so I've read a lot about clen but not enough to where I feel ready for it.

    I would like to here from some clen users about,
    Side effects,dosage,and just all around how you felt on and off it.

    Any help is great help.

    you start off low ... and work up till you notice a side effect, then lower it down. Unless you like shaking like crazy.

    Shakeing im not to worried about if its minor lol,

    Im just trying to get a feel for what its like while on it.

    Also I have yet to see it but what's the dosage start out at, I know everyone is different but what's like the common starter point.

    I know its a lot of questions but I want to make sure I know everything possible about it befor I start it, so far it seems like it will be able to help me reach my goals.

    i am on my second day at 60mcgs and pretty shakey, not to bad, i feel wired. Im and dead set necking water as i cramped a bit in the gym. Roots are wicked, head is fine and clear, strength is normal, i think. Just a bit twitchy, almost nervouslike.

    imo get one on those cheap BP gauges at your local store, always monitor your BP, drink alot of water, Diet, and cardio
    im on it now, shaky as shit but good

    I've read just about every post on here about it and it sounds like ill be starting it very soon,

    Also what kind of pounds are you guys loseing with it.

    Im in the process of getting my diet in check now that's about the only thing holding me back,

    Cardio I do about 30-45mins a day 5 days a week
