Hi guys.First sorry about my bad englishI want to make a cutting cycle:
Age:23
Height:180 centimetre;
Weight:95 kg
BF:may be 15-18%
I am training from 5 years.My nutrition is good.I will eat 1 kg of veal every day,also 3 protein shakes,my carbs are low 4 days at 100 grams.On the 5 day the carbs will be 400 grams from rice,patotoes and etc.I will also take 50 grams of BCAA a day
The cycle is:
30 winstrols EOD
2 primos EW for 8 weeks
week 1-4 40 mg var ED
I do cardio 4 times a week.I train 2:1 2:1 training:rest
