Diet i would say is good, on about 300grams protein, 100grams carbs and 50 grams fat monday to saturday, sunday is relax day but i still keep protein high.
diet is nowhere close to good, it's like a wannabe keto but not quite there, are you wanting to run a ketogenic diet or just low carb? what are your sources for the carbs and fat?
Stats are: been training for 5 yearshow many of these years were you eating 6x a day with a proper diet?
