    Smile test prop cycle

    hey guys ready for my second cycle, first one was trial and error test prop and stana, got alright results but i admitt i didnt train hard didnt eat clean and went out a lot. I thought I was a hero basically.

    this time wanna do it right same cycle:
    week 1 to 12 test prop 150mgs eod
    week 6 to 12 stana 50mgs ed (YES drinking the injectable version)

    PCT: I will do genox 40,40,20,20
    also not sure if i need it but i can get hcg

    Diet i would say is good, on about 300grams protein, 100grams carbs and 50 grams fat monday to saturday, sunday is relax day but i still keep protein high.

    Stats are: been training for 5 years
    22 years old
    about 15% bf
    height: 6ft
    weight: 95 kilos
    goal is to drop body fat to under 10%. Will do cardio mon to fri walking for 1 hour to keep water retention down and stay lean as possible

    I don't think you'll make any gains at 2,050 cal/day.

    Well his goal is to reduce bodyfat to 10% that's why his calories are restricted. I would bring your fats to about 80g though and don't forget to tweak your diet when you start pct. Also shoot the prop everyday and there's no need to go 12 weeks. Do 10 instead.

    you'll get below 10% quicker than 12 weeks if your starting from 15%. even though your cals are low try to hit the gym hard. use a pre workout supplement for the energy boost.

    I'd up the protein by 100g, the fat by 25-50g, and drop the carbs by 50g, with only 50g from veggies. You'll get under 10% in 6-8 weeks, if not shorter.

    I think your to young to be starting any kind of AAS, you havent fully developed your own hormonal system so why risk the chances of damage and having problems with your natural test when you have a very high amount naturally.

    I'm your same age and was in your same position less than a year ago. I was 220 at 18% body fat. The best advice given to me... and I am so glad I took it was to...

    1. GET YOUR DIET RIGHT... right now I'm eating 4000 calories a day but I am eating CLEAN.
    2. CARDIO.... lots of cardio
    3. After I did the first two, I jumped on Clen and T3. I lost almost 1% bf a week untill I got down to 12% and then 1/3 to .5% a week down to 10% before I started my cycle.

    can i run genox at half dose for the entire cycle??? Also do i really need hcg and if so how much should i use

    drinking it will decrease the amount of hormone available, i don't get why you don't just pin ed and then mix the prop and winny when you get there

    diet is nowhere close to good, it's like a wannabe keto but not quite there, are you wanting to run a ketogenic diet or just low carb? what are your sources for the carbs and fat?

    bump up cardio, 4-5x a week empty stomach cardio for 40-60minutes and 4-5x a week cardio PWO, you want to cut then cut, don't half ass it
