if it's legit gear, it could take about 4-5 weeks to start feeling the effects.

I'm in my 4th week and i'm already feeling some effects; oily skin, sex drive is high, muscles feel tight 24/7 even on off days. First 3 weeks no effects, now there kicking in. Oh forgot to add, i do 250 every 3.5 days.

The active life of test e is 8 days, so you definitely need to be shooting twice a week to keep your levels stable. You will notice some effects within a week, as the others have already pointed out. Other effects, size and strength gains, etc. seem to take about 4 weeks, which is why so many people "jumpstart" their test cycle with a fast acting oral like d-bol for the first 4 weeks of their cycle.
