    Any advice for a DNP cycle during mid summer.

    Im in mid summer down in this part of the world and was wondering if you guys had any advice other than lay in a tub full of ice all day.

    Be very careful with dnp in any season.

    Take your time and research it well, buy some great deodorant and carry lots and lots of ice water around heh

    i just finished a 3 day blitz and had the heater off here in winter. Luckily I live alone.
