Wrong place for this but for shits and giggles I say around 20% plus or minus. What are your goals? Definatly a littel high to use gear if thats what your fishing for.

Im not opposed to a cutting cycle at a higher bf myself but alot of guys will give you shit for it. I look at it as a jumpstart to a lower BF so you can get back to where you want to be a little quicker.Personally, I have cut bf significantly doing a cutting cycle along with intense cardio and a super clean diet. finished about 10 weeks ago, diet has not been on point at all for 4 weeks going to started to clean it up considerably

How many cycles have you done? If you have done a few, Id get that diet in check! You could be alot bigger and leaner if you did.
The point of most guys is because when you have higher BF you have a higher risk of getting sides. We are just concern just to be on the safe side.
I can assure you that the Significant BF you lost is 80% cause of your Clean diet and Intense cardio.
But it all comes down to ."its your body, you do what you want" JMO
I understand. Im just giving another opinion. It surely is more risky to cycle at higher bf%. As far as the bf I lost, it is due to it all. The reason I say that is I had dieted super clean and done cardio numerous times before but with the "help" I lsot more. Im not saying hard work doesnt pay but the extra boost sure didnt hurt me at all.
when cutting, i wouldnt do cardio at the beginning actually. i recommend tweaking the diet and when you stop losing weight, then you add the cardio. this way you dont plateau too fast while doing both dieting and cardio.

I lost 60 pounds pure diet and cardio i cannot agree with alpha more. BTW you are going to cycle while cutting make sure you go off measurments not LBS> you will stay around the same weight just more lean and possible bigger everywhere else.
yo iam about 22 so i would guess ur about 15-16 and that seems pretty accurate , u can buy a body fat scale for like 60 bones brah
20% - you have a good base, but i will say if you cycled i would like to know the cycle was and what you splits were...
if that was not the issue then i would look at you diet
not that you look great or bad... just want to see what you gained to help with your next move
