Where to Start????
Just a Query as a newbie with so much conflicting info around the place, I just wanted to get a general consensus on what people thought. Any info on where to get started would be greatly appreciated. I have recently obtained the folllowing courses
500ml of Clen
6 weeks Dbol
6 Weeks of Deca
6 Weeks of Sus
What would be the best cycle and where do I start to achieve the best gains, i have read up on the dosages so that part is fairly clear. As i said any help would be greatly appreciated....

OK but first we need more information.
Age

body fat
diet
goals
Also, the cycle is TO short,
Sus needs to be pinned Ed or EOD and ran 12+ weeks
Deca needs ran 10-12 weeks pinned 2x a week.
What is the dose of each you plan on running.
Dont forget the stats first including AGE...

Diet: is below from a friend who is competion BB
BREAKFAST 6AM
One cup of Oats with water and a Banana plus Protein shake.
MORNING TEA 9AM
300 Grams of grilled chicken breast with salad or vegies
LUNCH 12pm
300 grams of steak with 1 cup of steamed rice & salad
AFTERNOON TEA 3PM
Protein shake with water & 250 grams of tuna
DINNER 6PM
300 Grams of steak with vegies and 2 jacket potatoes
BEFORE YOU GO TO BED 9PM
Protein Shake with water
you need to remember that for every KILO of body weight you must consume 3 grams of protein per day for maximum gains. So
If you weigh in at 100kg you must have 300grams of protein per day.
The Dosage I have been recommended to take is as follows:
- 2x 1ml ampoule of Sus per Week with a course of 2x 1ml ampoule of Deca on alternating Days.
-Dbol 6x 10mg Tabs Per Day
2ml Per Day of Clen with the Dbol

Looking at the compounds you have you do not have enough of anything to do a decent cycle also for a first cycle it is recommended using only 1 compound usally testE or c. your body fat is quite high as well and really needs to be around the 15% mark before starting any cycle higher bf% leads to higher risk of side effects such as gyno/high bp

What dosages & how long a cycle would be effective, also is it possible purely to use the Clen to reduce my BF% obviously with diet & regular training.

Personally i would not use the clen for now work on diet and training to lower your body fat a effective first cycle would be along the lines of test e or c 4-500mg per week split into 2 doses every 3.5 days for 10-12 weeks followed by a pct of clomid and nolva

If you did a 12 week cycle then pct would start week 15 and would be run like this

Its not that it will bring on gyno symptoms its just you are putting yourself at a higher risk of it due to the fact you have more bf
