    What is the cause?

Im currently on week 7 of my second Test E 500mg/week cycle. This cycle is affecting me WAY different than the first one did and Im trying to figure out if my gear is underdosed/bad or if cycle don't hit as hard each time..
My first cycle I did was a different brand of Test E. I was showing a strength increase by the end of the 2nd week and had heavy sides by the 3rd week.. I got really good results. My current cycle (a different brand of test E, but the same dosage) took over 5 weeks for me to even notice anything.. Ive noticed a bit of a strength increase and I bulked up about 10lbs of water. I also have no sides at all unlike the last cycle.. (no sore nipples or acne)
Do I have weak gear or was the first cycle just a fluke? Im using the Test mainly to help cut. I don't have much trouble putting weight on naturally.

I think its diet related. Aas works better with a high kcal diet.

Likely diet or training is off. Lay out your diet.

My diet when Im trying to cut is pretty solid.. Ive been doing this for 8 years now and Ive found what my body likes best.. I ate pretty much the same way on both cycles. I pretty much ate a carb/protein rich diet untill I fealt the Test kicking in and then I switch to a Keto diet. Ive been using this diet for the last 3 years to cut:
    Meal 1
    1 egg
    3 egg whites
    5 oz 93% beef
    1 grapefruit

    Meal 2
    1 scoop of whey
    1 scoop of casein
    3 Tbsp heavy cream

    Meal 3
    8 oz Chicken breast
    1 serving almonds
    4 cups of Romaine lettuce

    Meal 4
    same as meal 2

    Meal 5
    10 oz 93% beef
    1 cup spinach

Wednesday and Saturday are the refeeds:
    1.5 cups oatmeal
    1 bannana
    1 sweet potato
    2 cups broccolli
    1 Tbsp butter

I also modify this as I get leaner and remove alot of the fat. The portions also get smaller and the refeed is also lesser portions.

Hey! What do you believe the carb Refeed does to your body?

Thats impressive that your first cycle saw gains after 2 weeks on Test E. Thats got to be the quickest Ive ever heard of. I wonder if you had something like Sustanon mislabelled.

I'd add a 6th meal though. Some lean source of protein and light on the fats. Maybe double up the scoop of whey in meal 2 and have the casein before bed.
