Blood shot out (injection)

I just did a test cyp injection into my left delt. I love doing that spot because Im right handed, and can reach it easily.
This time, I aspirated, and everything was good.....I pushed the plunger until finished, and left the needle in for about 5 seconds.
When I pulled out the needle, blood shot out like a fountain. It was like a mini cum-shot.
Anyone ever have this happen? Ive done this same spot at least 8-10 times, and never get more than a drop of blood.

I have had it happen before not a big deal probably nicked a vein

I feel like I probably lost about half of the test when it shot out like that.

lol I know the feeling. I have had blood come out before but one time it squirted out like crazy.

That's crazy how you aspirated and blood didn't enter the syringe before the inject.... Never heard of that before, though I've only hit my delt once, and had my GF at the time do the injection.

Not crazy at all.. The end of the needle went across but far from the vein. The needle worked like a barrier until he pulled it out.

Happens to alot of people. But the vein was probably hit before the injection went into the muscle tissue. So the test was behind the bleed. I doubt you lost much.
