    tren acetate/prop/winni stack questions

    im gonna be running this stack shortly and the results im looking for is to be extremely ripped, not bulking. Im looking to lower my bf% and gain more dense muscle. i know alot of it has to do with diet and im adjusting it, but is this a good rip stack or is there something out there better.

    what are your stats and cycle experience?

    what doses do you plan on running?

    ive ran about 3 other cycles before when i was younger but i had to stop once i got into mma but im gona be going right back at it now. as far as tren and prop, i was thinking 50-75 for the tren and 250 for the prop? not sure about the winstrol yet. im about 5'9, 160-65, no more than 15% bf.

    basically im looking for information on everything here. like what my diet should look like, how i should be training, my cardio; any info that anyone is willing to give me. i pretty much know everything that i SHOULD be doing, but i tend to second guess myself all the time, and i always like numerous opinions, which is common for ppl who have been lifting for a while

    Age? And while I think it's a killer stack I'm not sure what you mean by 75 of tren and 250 for the prop, be more specific and lay out your cycle. Also you seem a bit underweight for your height. You could probably pack on a good 5-10lbs of muscle before jumping on tren.

    is this your first run with tren.

    what exactly is your proposed cycle? (what does 50-75 tren and 250 prop mean?)

    And, honestly, you're a bit light for your size.

    If you lay out your diet in the diet forum we will break it down and adjust it to your goals. Same thing with your workout.

    for diet, start a thread in the diet forum.

    for training, start one in the workout forum.

    read, and figure out what works for you.

    lol sorry im at work and just trying to type fast.
    1-4 week 75mg Tren A and 50mg of Test prop
    5-9 week 100mg Tren A
    5-10 week 75mg test prop
    still dont know about the winni yet.
    that seems about right to me, but again im not sure. im not skinny at all if you saw me you wouldnt believe that i was 160. yes ive done a cycle with pretty much all of these but not not together, and i wasnt looking to get ripped then. i eat pretty much the same thing everyday for every meal: 1 chicken breast or 5 egg whites or plain tuna/2 cups broccolli/1-2 cups quinoa (2 early, none at night)..snack maybe small salad or cottage cheese or protien shake depending on workout day..and i have about 6 meals a day of this and at night i dont eat the quinoa(carbs) and water all day. but ill post all this is the correct spots after i get off of work. but do the doses look fine if im trying to get super ripped

    The doses seem fine from week 1-4 if you mean 75mg of tren a daily. Now I would bump the test prop to 75mg daily and run it like that all way through. If you tolerate the tren at 75mg/day and still don't see the results then bump it to 100mg but I doubt that will be the case. Save the winny, keep it simple, you won't need it with test and tren if your diet and training are on track. I'll see you on the diet forum.
