    steroids back pain

    hey, my dad has disintergrated disk in his back and hes always in pain and he injures his back and shoulder muscles really easy. as you can guess it is really painful for him. i was reading that somtimes steroids can help you if you have back problems. i was wondering if theres any truth to this? he doesnt do body building either.

    unless your dad has been tested for low test levels,

    I really wouldn't advise self-medicating with AAS, especially for back pain.

    he should just talk to his doc about the pain.

    there is no truth in this at all! the only thing that is going to help a bad back is the pain meds the doctor gives you!! My mom ha scoliosis , degerative disc disease, and rhuematoid arthritis... and I myself have 3 herniated discs Trust me.. steroids are not going to do anything to help back pain
