Staying lean while bulking!! how to?

Ive read that glutamine is the answer to cardio and the destruction of muscle tissue. Is this true? And why.

And also one more question! I am 185 17%.. Can I just start bulking, or is my body fat to high?

185 17%.... Is 3300 calories enough for progressive weight gain? Or should I add more?

Please your thoughts and answers will be great appreciated!

As long as you are getting the right calories. Make sure you eat clean. I would sooner lose some excess fat first. Its makes gains more noticable. If you bulk, you will most likely add some fat anyways, so it looks extra bad adding muscle under fat. Try dropping 10lbs of fat first, then do a bulker.

i personally feel cardio intensity and duration as well as timing are more important that supplementation re: preserving muscle mass provided diet is in order. Re : glutamine i personally feel it is a waste and have heard more reference to BCAA's or whey to help aid in preserving muscle mass during cardio but again for me personally the factors i mentioned above are IMO more important than of all things glutamine.
