NPP pinning frequency: help needed

Hey fellas, how often should I pin nandrolone phenylproprionate (or any PP ester). How long is the half life? How long is the duration in the bloodstream as opposed to a proprionate ester?

I believe they are very close not sure actually. But prop should also be shot ed or eod at theminimum.

NPP, has an active life of 72 hours. So in reality it can be shot every 3 days effective.

However, because of it's benefits (joint lubrication in site injection) it's more practical to inject it EOD (3 - 4 times per week)

And then one is shooting NPP with prop, then obviously stick with ED (for less oil per injection, and allows you to cut each injection with deca/test.)

no. Phenyl-prop's active life is 4.5 days. It's longer then prop. But just barely (by 1.5 days.)

thanks vitruvian my plan was 100 mg test prop EOD and NPP 100 mg EOD. So the NPP is ok EOD but now my dilemma is the prop EOD . I am training 2 days on and 1 day of (1 hour of cardio on my off day). I was hoping to do each in the same syringe thus cutting down to pinning 3 x's/week. what should a man do?

You can put them in the same syringe and shoot them together. Also I have never heard anyone shoot NPP less than EOD so I am not drastiaclly over stating anything. Blood levels will be more stable with more frequent injections however eod is fine.

Ok then thanks fella! one more question: at the low dosage of the NPP do you think that I would still need bromo or caber in addition to using 20 mg of nova or .25 mg a-dex daily? My bf is 14% and am not necessarily gyno prone.

Caber is good to have on hand but likely wont be needed. I wouldnt ake the nolva or adex unless side effects come up.
