Nolvadex, WHEN TO TAKE IT?

Hi,

Im on Sustanon 250, and recently my left nipple has become more sensitive that it ever was, just when i push the nipple or play with it.
So i dont want to take any risks and just jump on the shit.

I just brought myself some ATEC Nolvadex 20mg per capsule 50 capsules in the box.
And i was wondering when would be the best to take it? Morning? Evening? Night?
Also, how much do you recommend for my situation?

I just woke up its 12.22pm in the afternoon, in Australia
When do you recommend i take it?

doesn't matter where you are, always remember to spread your doses throughout the day. if you're takin only two tabs of 20mg ed, then one in the morning with meal and another in the evening.
