Hey guys n gals.
I have dececided to do an 8 week cycle on roids, only i have no idea what ones to get. The plans is to try and put on as much mussel as i can gym 5/6 days per week for 2/3 hours. & eat like a horse.
I have great frame, massive hands and big natural sholders.
Im 6ft2 and weigh about 70kgs. hoping to get to 80kg in the 8 week cycle.
This will be my first repitive gyming.
What sort of supliments should i purchase?
None.
first off IMHO 3hours in the gym is WAY TOO LONG. a good workout should take no longer then 1hour and 15mins, actually after an hour of working out your body starts to produce a substance in your body that is counter productive to gaining muscle. Anyways whats your stats, what kinda diet and how long have you been working out. Do research, thats what your gonna here from people here, doesn't sound like your ready bro.
hey, yea ive been doing some research. didnt mean 3 hours, ment to type 2hours. Anyways im ready for my first cycle.
Diet wise, i have been considering 4000 calories per day, with a high protein intake in the form of powdered shakes.
I need some advice on the best steroid product for max gains over the 8 week cycle. hoping to start on the 1st Oct to the 1st December.
I have been told that is a reliable site.
