i got some test cyp the other day and its not really that oily...i mean its not like water. just not really thick like other tests iv had.
is this normal?

The viscosity will depend on the carrier oil(s) and solvent(s). No need to mention where it was made.

As long as you trust your source, you will be ok. Some UGL make the gear thin on purpose, so the thickness doesn't really mean anything. Once again, trust your source, and you golden.
I just got some cyp for future uses and it is definitely less thick than what I normally am able to get.
